About Meetless

Meetless analyses one recurring meeting at a time and produces two documents: a private diagnosis of what the meeting actually does, and a shareable change spec with a trial window and revert criteria, written to be sent to attendees.

The recommendation to kill a meeting is easy and often wrong. Meetings survive because they quietly serve as deadlines, escalation routes, and consultation records, and replacing them in a channel where nobody disagrees in writing trades real decisions for fake agreement. Meetless surfaces the unstated job, constrains the recommendation to what your org can actually do, and comes back at six weeks to see whether the change held.

Built by a small team that has owned, inherited, and failed to cancel enough recurring meetings to know that the hard part is not the recommendation. It is producing a replacement that survives contact with how the org actually communicates.
